Head Held High Foundation, together with its subsidiaries, works on creating sustainable models for rural transformation. We identify, empower and enable the most vulnerable people and communities through our breakthrough programs. We bring hope and dignity in the lives of the most vulnerable communities.
We have developed training programs that are considered cutting edge and breakthrough in the industry. Magic Wand Empowerment Pvt. Ltd., one of our subsidiaries, specializes in delivering these training programs.
Village BPO Pvt. Ltd. specializes in getting outsourced work done from rural India.
Currently, our operations are spread in the rural areas of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Orissa in India.
In every area that we operate, we work with field partners (NGOs or others) that work in the area and other partners who can provide employment and/or funding for the projects. Our field partners bring local knowledge, expertise, and local networks.
We identify the region and communities that we will work with based on the possible partners in the region and vulnerability of the region.
Over the last few years, we have developed the expertise in empowering people and communities. We empower the people and communities in the region through breakthrough training programs.
Once the people are trained and are ‘skilled’ we then enable them to be either self-sufficient by helping them create micro-enterprises or by providing them employment.
We monitor the progress of the people after our interventions, and look at other opportunities to make a larger difference by either expanding our programs and by creating other innovative programs in the region.
